What are your office hours?

The Center is open Monday through Friday, 9 am to 4 pm.
Evening hours are available by appointment.

How do I make an appointment?

You may schedule an appointment by calling (518) 747-2994 for all locations.
The Center offers 24-hour emergency on-call service to its current clients.

Does my insurance cover services?

We accept most major insurances. Please call our main office (518) 747-2994 and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have about your medical insurance as it pertains to our services.

What if I don’t have insurance?

With the help of our supporters, we offer an adjustable fee scale for individuals without insurance.

How much does a session cost?

Our standard fee is $120.00 per session, $50.00 for group sessions.

Do I have to be religious?

Our therapists deeply respect all beliefs and faiths of our clients.   If you wish to have your religion or spirituality incorporated into therapy we are able to counsel within the context of each person’s religion.

Are you a faith oriented counseling center?

We offer a holistic approach to therapy that embraces body, mind, and spirit of those that want to integrate their faith and spirituality into the practice of mental health treatment.

Do you prescribe medication?

We do not have a staff psychiatrist at our center; however, we can work with your primary care physician or refer you to a local psychiatrist if medication is needed.
