Elizabeth primarily works by means of a psychodynamic approach with individuals, which provides a supportive environment for one to experience emotional growth and symptom alleviation.  She also specializes in child & family counseling to facilitate structural changes to decrease emotional and behavioral issues.  Her clinical work with couples counseling concentrates on an emotionally-focused therapeutic orientation to increase communication and understanding in the relationship.
