Donations
The Adirondack Samaritan Counseling
Center is a
private, not-for-profit interfaith counseling center.
Contributions are used in two significant
ways, for capital improvements and future program
development, as well as for providing scholarship
assistance for clients who cannot fully afford fees
for services.
Helping Hand Fund
This is a fund to which individuals, companies, and
congregations may regularly contribute. It provides
supplemental funding for clients who cannot fully
afford the cost of counseling or therapy services due
to inadequate medical insurance coverage and/or
limited personal financial means. Contributions are
made directly to the Center at 15 Boulevard, Hudson
Falls, NY 12839.
Tri-County United Way
The local United Way, from which the ASCC is a receives
funds for our Helping Hand Fund and our Men's Opportunity
Program, annually requests contributions in their drive
to support many deserving agencies in the tri-county
area. Its office is in Glens Falls, on Upper Glen Street.
The ASCC Endowment Fund
The Board of ASCC has sole management of this restricted
fund, which is designed to provide interest income for
special program initiatives or capital improvements.
Contributions go directly to the principal of this fund.
