Residency in Psychotherapy

Our staff includes one position each year in our postgraduate Residency in Psychotherapy program. Applicants to this program should be eligible to hold their NYS temporary permit in clinical social work, mental health counseling, or marriage/family therapy. Residents work for one year, with a possible second year available, in pursuit of their NYS license. The position involves 10-20 counseling sessions provided weekly for clients, while under close supervision by senior clinical staff of ASCC. Compensation is in accordance to the ASCC compensation schedule.
